Day 01
Departure for Kumta (Karnataka): Depart at 3:20 PM from LTT Kurla and 3:40 PM from Thane Railway Station by Train No. 12619 Matsyagandha Express for Kumta.
Day 02
Arrival in Kumta & Sirsi Sightseeing: Arrive in Kumta at 5:00 AM. Travel for 2 hours by reserved Tempo Traveller to the hotel in Sirsi. After freshening up, visit Banavasi, the former capital of the Kadamba dynasty, including the beautiful 9th-century Madhukeshwara Temple and its surroundings. Also visit the Marikamba Devi Temple in Sirsi town, built in 1688. Overnight stay in Sirsi.
Day 03
Unchalli Falls & Sahasralinga: Depart in the morning for Unchalli Falls. This 116-meter high waterfall is on the Aghanashini River. A short walk through a scenic jungle trail leads to the falls, offering a unique experience. After lunch and a short rest at the hotel, proceed to Sahasralinga, where you can see a thousand Shivlingas carved by sculptor Sadashiva Raya Verma in the Shalmala River. Overnight stay at the hotel in Sirsi.
Day 04
Yana Caves & Sirsi Market: Depart in the morning for Yana. This naturally formed hill features Karst type rock formations. Reach the spot after experiencing a half-kilometer jungle trek. Yana is 45 km from Sirsi. After lunch, visit the Kadamba Society's Spice Market in Sirsi town in the evening. Also, enjoy shopping for Kasida sarees and other materials at famous spots. Overnight stay in Sirsi.
Day 05
Jog Falls & Sringeri Math: Depart in the morning to visit the beautiful Jog Falls, a boon of nature. Afterwards, visit Adi Shankaracharya (Sringeri Math) in Siddapur. Overnight stay at the hotel in Sirsi.
Day 06
Gokarna & Udupi: Depart in the morning to visit Shrikshetra Gokarna Mahabaleshwar Temple (Dress code: White dhoti/lungi for men and saree or full churidar dress for women). Complete all Darshan and Pooja rituals there. Then, visit the famous Shri Krishna Math in Udupi. Overnight stay in Murudeshwar.
Day 07
Murudeshwar & Return Journey: Depart in the morning to visit Murudeshwar Temple and Murudeshwar Beach. At 3:40 PM, depart from Murudeshwar Railway Station by Train No. 12620 Matsyagandha Express for the return journey to Mumbai.
Day 08
Arrival in Mumbai: Arrive safely at Thane by 6:00 AM and LTT Kurla by 6:30 AM.
